About Bec

A woman with wavy brown hair smiling and sitting in front of a mirror, wearing a white striped shirt and black pants.

I’m Bec Ridley, a powerhouse coach, businesswoman, speaker, and mum of six (yes, six!).

For years, I poured my whole self into raising my family. I built businesses from scratch, led with love, and did it all while raising a big, beautiful, busy household. Somewhere in the mix of motherhood and responsibility, I forgot what it felt like to lead me.

No one tells you that you can give everything to the people you love, and still feel like you’ve lost yourself.

After hitting a breaking point, I chose to rise beyond the roles I had outgrown. I released settling, released shrinking, and stepped fully into the next-level version of me. Within eight weeks, I created more than I had in 15 years, in income and in identity. Since then, every step has carried me forward. Now, I help high-performing women unlock their next level, in business, in leadership, and in life.

My work is all about expanding capacity, rewriting the rules, and helping you scale with soul.

Because you don’t have to burn out to build something big.
You don’t have to trade your ambition for approval.
And you sure as hell don’t have to choose between being a devoted mum and a damn good leader.

You get to have both.
And I’m here to show you how.

A woman with shoulder-length dark hair, wearing a gray suit and white top, smiling and leaning forward with hands on her knees, in a well-lit indoor setting.

You can make it happen too!

I’m not special. I just stopped waiting for permission.

I got tired of watching from the sidelines, telling myself “one day”, while life kept passing by. So I chose to back myself. To believe that it was possible for me, even with the chaos, the kids, the doubts, and the messy middle.

And now? I get to help other women do the same.

Whether you’re craving more freedom, more fire, more fulfilment, even all three together, I’m here to remind you: you don’t have to keep holding it all together while secretly falling apart.

You don’t have to keep choosing between your potential and your people.

You can create a life and business that reflects who you really are, not just what you think you’re allowed to have.

You can make it happen too.
And I’ll walk with you every step of the way.
